We have a 30 day return policy. We want our customers to be happy. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. If we can make it right, we will - or we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) once we receive the item back in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. See exceptions below.
If the item is defective, we will replace the item, if available. If it is not available, we will reimburse you for the item only - not the shipping and handling charges, we do not reimburse for sending the item back. Please email or call us before sending anything back! Also, if you have any problems using items you buy from ZeidlerUSA, let us know, and we will do our best to help you in the operation of the items (like pyramids).
